The aims of the VIII April Conference:

  1. To raise awareness among different communities in Great Britain of the work and influence of Polish architects on British architecture and town planning;
  2. To present the achievements of Polish designers and engineers and modern architectural projects undertaken by Polish architects;
  3. To discuss new ideas in the fields of architecture, construction and civil engineering;
  4. To integrate three generations of architects and to draw attention to the remarkable achievements of Polish architects in Great Britain.
