Since the Brexit referendum on 23 June 2016 there has been a great deal of concern about how Britain’s departure from the European Union will impact on EU nationals who have made their home in the United Kingdom. This conference is a significant intervention into ongoing debates on Brexit and the ways the Brexit process is already affecting the Polish community in Britain in particular. The conference brings together academics, civil society representatives, policy makers and elected officials and provides a forum for dialogue between experts and practitioners working in different fields, but who share a commitment to good inter-community relations. The conference showcases cutting-edge research on Brexit by new and established scholars.
